This page is intended for customers who purchased through DZEES.com or the Dzees Official Store on platforms such as Amazon. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact the original seller directly for assistance.

Providing complete information will help us process your request faster.
You can find your Order ID in the order history of the account used to make the purchase.
The model number can usually be found in your order history, on the product packaging, in the instruction manual, or printed directly on the product.
The SN number may be located on the product body, on a label or sticker, on the charging cable included with the product, within the camera information page, or printed directly on the product. It typically appears in a format similar to AIxxxxxxxxx.
When contacting support, please include the following whenever possible:
Order number
Model number
SN number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos, if applicable
