Returns Policy

Works great

Love the older model but without a solar powered panel
the constant removal charging and reinstalling was a pain. No need to do anything now. Just install and enjoy

It should be better

Right off the bat, this camera does not do 360 pan, unless you make it move with your phone. Second, the response time is slow unless someone pops into view. I have watched my husband come from the house, in direct view of the camera, He has walked up to an outbuilding, but it only recorded the door opening as he walked in.
Instructions say it will record up to 3 mins, at 128 GB there is a lot of recording space available. I do not need the company's cloud nor do I want their access to me home movements. It only records 10-20 seconds at most. Then I asked, why? well join the monthly and we can give 3 minutes. I spent 320 for three cameras, it's not 360, it won't do what I tell it to do. KEEP YOU CLOUD! out of my life. When I say, just the 128 BG, it still connects to their cloud, BULL.
I believe it's the perfect way for other countries to retrieve information of my movements. Stop using the Cloud, and stay out of my life.
