Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Period

Dzees provides warranty service and official customer support, which only apply to new products purchased from Dzees official website and official stores on Amazon.

We provide 2-year limited warranty for new products (camera/accessory) purchased from Dzees.


  1. Warranty Forfeiture

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser from

official stores. Any problems caused by human or improper use, we do not provide no reason to return.


  1. Limitation of Damages

In addition to the above warranty forfeiture, in no event will Dzees be responsible for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profiles, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product, and Dzees’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by you.


Return & Refund Policy 


  1. Repair

If the product is defective or broken when you receive it, please kindly contact us by email with photos or video attached, our engineers will based on the video/photo to give you a perfect after-sales customer service, the replacement or refund must be follow our return and refund policy.


  1. Return

We accept returns of products. Customer have the right to apply for a return with 14 days after product delivery.


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. You will get a full refund if the order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.


Note: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


  1. Refund

When the customer returns the goods, please state the reason for the refund when returning the goods. After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a notification of receipt by email within 5 to 7 days. We will also notify you within 5 to 7 days to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 days and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method.
