Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Angle could be a little wider. The down side is you need to subscribe to plan in order to set activity zone? And I prefer not to have my recordings to be saved to the cloud whether it’s no plan or plan. That’s what sd card is for. I should be able to choose to record to sd only or both. Other than that I like the real time notifications and no slacking.

This camera works great, easy installation with no delay in the motion detection. Also the features this camera has is a plus. This is my 2nd time trying a wireless outdoor camera, by far this is the best one.

I bought two cameras, which I liked. The battery ended up having issues on one of the cameras, so I had to return it, but the customer service was excellent. They made the process so easy. I am still using one of the cameras, and it has been working well so far, even after one year later.

It does detect people/ cars/ pets. I was a bit skeptical but this actually works. I set my cams at the lowest sensitivity and I will detect only what is needed to be seen. It works like it supposed to. Now Ill find out which neighbors letting their dog loose and pooping on our lawn. Hope this company grows.
update: one of the camera does not charge anymore. not even a year old. even got a solar charger for it.
